If the book is too large to fit into the $10.00 flat rate box the buyer will be quoted actual costs based on their postal zone and the weight from Irvine, California. This avoids having to query the customer in order to approve extra shipping charges. If the book does fit into the smaller envelope Albion Books will adjust the cost to the customer down to the normal $5.50 flat rate charge before processing the order.
